Registration Information

Registration fees cover attendance at all sessions, publication in the Symposium Proceedings, the welcome reception ceremony, Giza and Cairo sighting, airport transfers, transfers between the hotels listed below and Symposium Venu.

 Students should be enrolled full time for degrees or diplomas at a university or a tertiary institution. Students must provide a proof of registration signed and stamped by the relevant authorities of their institution.

NB: In case of publishing in any of the Egyptian Scientific Journals " J. Egypt. Soc. Parasitol.; Arab J. Biotech.; Bull. Ent. Soc. Egypt." Additional LE 500.0 will be requested.

Payment should be made in US$ by telegraphic transfer to the AAS 3^rd account or by cheque made payable to the 3^rd AAS  National bank details, as follows:

Accommodation

Accommodation will be reserved for interested delegates at the venues listed below at special rates. Daily rates are for single or twin/double rooms with private bath/shower and include bed and breakfast. All rates are quoted in US Dollars. Sharing can significantly reduce the cost of accommodation. Delegates who wish to share accommodation should please indicate on the registration form the name of the person with whom they wish to share

Requests for reserved accommodation must be accompanied by a deposit for one night’s accommodation payment per room payable to bank account(as mentioned above). This payment can be made together with the registration fee to save on bank charges. Participants must settle the balance of their account with the accommodation venue concerned.

Hotel Accommodation (Bed and Breakfast):

 Hotel rates might be changed 10-15% according to the year 2004. It is recorded here for guidance.

Transport will be organized between Hotels and Conference Venue during the Symposium. Participants who wish to stay in other hotels have to organize their own transport.

 Cancellation and Refunds:

All fees for registration, hotel, reservations, etc. should be confirmed before the end of July 2003. Refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee of US $50.00 will be made to any participant canceling before 30 June 2003. There will be no refunds after this date.
